Delivery & Returns

We use Parcelforce express delivery for our deliveries within the UK. Orders are sent on a 48hour service. When we ship your order, we will send a confirmation email to you, followed by a tracking number from Parcelforce via email and SMS text. This is a signed for service. 

If your order does not arrive within 7 business days, after despatch, please contact us at hello@keeperclothes.com so that we can follow it up with the courier.

How much is UK shipping?

£5.50 UK delivery charge.

We offer FREE UK delivery when you spend £100 or more.

Do you ship to Europe/Worldwide?

Yes!

EU -   Deliveries within 5-7 days.

Worldwide. - Deliveries within 7-10 days.

Please be aware that some countries do charge import duties which will have to be paid for by the recipient. 

Returns Policy

DO YOU HAVE A RETURNS POLICY?

We are sure you will love your purchase however, if you have any issue, we do offer a 14-day returns policy. During this time you can get a refund or exchange on your returned goods. As a small company we cannot offer free returns, so if there are any questions on size or fit please get in touch to avoid changes.

Please email our team at hello@keeperclothes.com with your order name and number stating the reason and if you wish a refund or exchange.

The product being returned must be in an unused condition returned along with the tags and packaging it arrived in. If your return item is deemed unfit by our inspection team for any reason we reserve the right to refuse your refund.
